On Your First Visit to the Hospital

What you need to bring

Japanese Health Insurance card
Photo ID (Residence Card, etc.)
Referral documents
※Walk-in patients without referral letter will be charged 7,700yen+tax for Medical Department treatments, 5,500yen+tax for Dentistry treatments.

Payment

If you have any concerns about medical expenses, please contact us in advance.
You will be required to pay the full amount of your medical bill if you forgot to bring your Japanese Health Insurance card to the hospital. The part which your insurer should cover will be reimbursed to you at the cashier when you present your insurance card.
